MPH Student of Public Health College NTU had an opportunity to invite The Commander of Refugee Bureau of Uganda, Member of the Uganda Parliament, and Makerere University Chef of Auditor. The forum was held on November 9th of 2019, titled Refugee Placement and Post-war Reconstruction: Medical Care in the War Zone. The forum opened by Dean Chang-Chuan Chan and he welcomed guests to visit NTU Public Health College. The host was the Director Hsiu-Hsi Chen, Director of Master of Public Health Program. He was pleased and shared that this type of forum is how MPH program needs, to interact with the real field knowledge. The Panelists was Duan-Rung Chen, Director of Institute of Health Policy & Management. The questions she prepared helped the participants and the guests had a better in-depth perspectives of the topic. With so many great interactions during the forum, everyone went home with a borden knowledge of third-world country field experience. Dean of the Public Health College also mentioned the great chance for future academic cooperation.
